We replace the sink from below, so your granite, quartzite or marble countertop never leaves the cabinet, and the job is done in a single day. Sinks are our only specialty, and we've installed more than 3,500.
Scottsdale kitchens often have large, custom-fabricated stone slabs that would be expensive, and sometimes impossible, to match. When an undermount sink is etched by hard water, chipped, or just not the size or style you want, removing that slab is a real risk.
We avoid that risk completely. We remove the old sink from below and install the new one in the same opening, or a precisely enlarged one, all in one day.

Other contractors will often tell you the countertop has to come off to change an undermount sink. It doesn't. Our technicians remove the old sink from below and install the new one while your countertop stays in place. We hang protective drapery to keep dust out of the rest of your kitchen, and we clean up before we leave. Want a larger sink or a different style? We can precisely enlarge the countertop cutout to fit it, again without removing the countertop.

It was a very easy and professional process. A solution for us who have the older homes and have already replaced our granite and do not want to go through that again. I knew my sink had to be replaced. I had talked to another plumber and he told me they would have to take the countertop off to take the sink out. I did not want my countertop taken off. So this was a nice easy process. They took the sink out from below, hooked it up, and everything works fine. It's perfect. I couldn't ask for anything more.
